STEP 1: Make Sure Your Device Can be Repaired
Before shipping your Apple device to our location, please contact a store associate at (480) 559-9694 to make sure that we can in fact repair it. In doing so, this ensures you don’t waste your time and money sending in a device beyond repair, plus we can provide you with an estimate for the work over the phone.
STEP 2: Send Us Your Device
After speaking with a repair technician, send your device in to the store (7130 E. Mercer Lane Suite B, Scottsdale, AZ 85254). Before shipping your device to us, please remember to: (i) remove your SIM card (in applicable phones), (ii) back up your device with iCloud, iTunes, or another reputable service, (iii) remove any pass codes for accessing the device, (iv) include a piece of paper with your name, phone number, and email address.
Please do not include the charger or any other accessories with your package.
We recommend that you ship your device via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or another direct to the door delivery service to ensure we receive it in person.
STEP 3: The Process of Fixing Your Device
As soon as your device arrives, a qualified technician will inspect it to assess the damage and confirm the cost to have it fully repaired by contacting you. Out of store payments are processed via PayPal and upon confirmation, we perform the necessary repairs.
STEP 4: We Return Your Device to You
After the repair process is completed, we full test your device to make sure it functions properly before shipping it back to you (at our expense).
